Through multiple case examples, Ms. Grunden and Mr. Hagood, the authors of the new book, “Lean-Led Hospital Design: Creating the Efficient Hospital of the Future,” will explore the current healthcare design model and how it can be improved by implementing Lean principles. |

Dr. Munch will draw from his own experiences in the field leading a Lean transformation to outline how hospital senior leadership and front-line staff can – and need to – be on the same page. |
